Due to the propane shortage created by increased demand for grain drying, the Illinois Department of Transportation has relieved the propane industry with compliance with the Parts 390-399 of the Illinois Motor Carrier Regulations.  The emergency relief extends from 12:00 midnight on Monday, October 28, 2013 until 11:59 p.m. Sunday, November 3, 2013 or until the emergency subsides, whichever occurs first.  The emergency relief was requested by the Illinois Propane Gas Association.
