Last week during National Pollinator Week, President Obama signed a executive order to create a task force to promote the health of honey bees and other pollinators.  In the order, the President tasked the EPA with assessing the effects of pesticides,"including neonicotinoids" on pollinator health.  The White House notes that pesticides are among the "combination of stressors that likely caused" a recent servere drop in honeybee populations.
