As many of you already know, last month the State of Vermont was the first state to pass legislation that would mandatory require products containing GMOs to be labeled.  Late last week the Grocery Manufacturers filed sued againist the state of Vermont over the matter.  The Grocery Manufacturers contend that the United State Constitution prohibits Vermont from regulating nationwide distribution and labeling practices that facilitate interstate commerce.
