We were very saddened today to learn that Kathy Hartke, wife of Chuck Hartke, passed away unexpectedly on Nov 1 following complications from kneee replacement surgery.  Chuck was a long-time state legislator and also served as the Director of Agriculture from 2003-2008.  Chuck and Kathy were married for 49 years and lived their lives on the family farm in Teutopolis.  They have two children, Christoper and Kimberly, and six grandchildren.  We send our prayers to Chuck and his family at this difficult time.  For information on funeral arrangements please go to www.bauerfh.com.
