IFCA Announces Jenny Webb as President

Jenn WebbThe Illinois Fertilizer & Chemical Association (IFCA) has announced the appointment of Jenny Webb as President, effective July 20, 2026.
 
Webb joins IFCA following a distinguished career with the Illinois Farm Bureau, where she most recently served as Associate Director, Industry Affairs. She brings extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, public policy, member relations, leadership development, and strategic collaboration across the agriculture and food sectors.
 
As President, Webb will lead IFCA's efforts to represent and advance Illinois' crop production supply and service industry while supporting the association's mission of promoting the sound stewardship and utilization of agricultural inputs. She will work closely with the Board of Directors, members, policymakers, and industry partners to continue IFCA's strong tradition of advocacy, education, regulatory support, and industry leadership.
 
Throughout her career, Webb has built a reputation for fostering productive relationships among diverse stakeholders and helping organizations align around shared priorities. During her tenure with the Illinois Farm Bureau, she held leadership roles spanning membership and leadership development, government affairs, and industry affairs. Her experience includes overseeing statewide programs, managing significant budgets, supporting policy initiatives, and strengthening connections among agricultural businesses, academic institutions, and industry organizations.

Webb assumes leadership of an organization with a long history of effective advocacy and member service. IFCA represents approximately 1,000 businesses and individuals involved in Illinois' crop production supply and service industry, including agricultural retailers, fertilizer and agrichemical manufacturers, distributors, equipment suppliers, and related service providers.
 
Governed by a 15-member Board of Directors, IFCA works to assist and represent the crop input industry through legislative and regulatory advocacy, safety training and professional development, regulatory compliance assistance, and stewardship initiatives that promote responsible nutrient management and product use. The association also coordinates national policy efforts with leading industry organizations and hosts key industry events, including its annual Winter Convention and Trade Show and the Midwest Ag Industries Exposition (MAGIE).
