Please contact US Senators Richard Durbin and Mark Kirk by June 22 and let their staff know it is vital to support Senate Amendment 2367 in the Farm Bill.  This amendment to the Farm Bill eliminates the NPDES permit requirement for pesticide applications.  Water quality protection is already included in pesticide labels eliminating the need for NPDES permits.  Contact Senators Durbin and Kirk and tell them to support amendment 2367 and that action to pass the Farm Bill is now imperative.
