IFCA News Under the Dome
As the Illinois General Assembly reached its April 17 deadline for advancing legislation out of either chamber, IFCA remained actively engaged on a wide range of proposals impacting the fertilizer and crop protection industry. This latest “News Under the Dome” update highlights significant legislative activity across pesticide, seed, transportation, and workplace issues, including several high-priority bills that were successfully held from advancing. While many proposals are now effectively stalled, IFCA will continue monitoring remaining legislation and any potential amendments as the session progresses.
