About Dr. Nicholas Paulson
Dr. Paulson serves as Associate Head of the Department of Agricultural and Consumer Economics and Director of the farmdoc extension project. Raised on his family’s grain operation in southern Minnesota, he earned his B.S. in Agricultural Systems Technology from Iowa State University, followed by an M.S. and Ph.D. in Economics.
