The President Trump signed the Congressional Resolutions today that will block Electric Vehicle Mandates.  Click Here to read more about resolution. 
 
There is still a possibility that the California Air Resource Board (CARB), or others, will file lawsuits in opposition to the resolutions, but for now it appears that EV Mandates/California Emission Mandates on heavy diesel truck motors will not be able to move forward in Illinois, or any other state for that matter.
 
IFCA and other groups are working on an official petition to dismiss the proposal at the Illinois Pollution Control Board.  IFCA will have more details on that proposal in the coming weeks to share with our members.
