IFCA Looking Ahead on 2025 Regulatory Issues
Another facet of IFCA's advocacy focuses on the regulatory landscape, facilitating constructive dialogue with EPA and Illinois Department of AG. IFCA monitors and engages in regulatory issues as they arise in D.C. and Springfield. IFCA continues to promote transparency around all regulatory decisions, fostering a sound regulatory process. Below is one of the issues IFCA is watching closely in 2025 related to the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
