IFCA's national partners, CropLife America and Agricultural Retailers Association filed a motion on October 1 to strike one of plaintiffs’ declarations in the federal treated seed litigation. Plaintiffs use that declaration to support their argument that the treated article exemption under FIFRA should not apply to treated seeds. The motion seeks to strike the declaration because it relies on material outside the scope of the case and is in violation of a court order.
