FMCSA removed both BLUE STAR ELD and ELD MANDATE PLUS from the list of registered ELD's due to failure to meeting the minimum requirements established in 49 CFR part 395, subpart B, appendix A. BLUE STAR ELD has since been reinstated and can continue to be used to record and transfer HOS data, but ELD MANDATE PLUS will remain off of the list of registered ELD's and must be replaced with a registered ELD before July 20, 2024.
