Passing of Brian "Moose" Naber
IFCA recently learned of the passing of Brian Naber. Although Brian has been retired from the industry for a while, many of you may have known him as "Moose" or Captain Buctril, the Weed Warrior. If you take a look at his obituary, there is a picture of him on a wanted sign that dates back decades ago.
