The deadline for sale and distribution of existing stocks of Xtendimax, Engenia or Tavium is Monday, May 13^th. This was the result of an EPA order on February 14^th, declaring limited sale and distribution of dicamba products already in the possession of growers or in the channels of trade. February 6, 2024 - No sale or distribution by registrants after February 6, 2024.

 

May 13, 2024 - Last day for sale or distribution by co-ops, commercial distributors, or others who are already in possession. These entities may sell or distribute these products until May 13, 2024 in the State of Illinois.

 

June 12, 2024 - End date for use of existing stocks is June 12, 2024. Application of existing stocks is permitted until June 12, 2024 or V4 growth stage (soybean) whichever comes first.
