Two IFCA Board Members are retiring on January 18, 2012 after serving two terms on the board.  Rodney Phelps, the Seed Industry Representative, and Dennis Ross, the Retail Representative for District #1 in NW Illinois have provided outstanding leadership and we thank them for their volunteer service to the IFCA.  Three other board members are also running for re-election in their respective seats.
