IFCA received word this afternoon that a federal court in Arizona has vacated the registration of dicamba for over-the-top use on dicamba-resistant soybean and cotton. The court concluded that USEPA failed to comply with FIFRA's notice-and-comment requirements. To read the court opinion click here.
