The Center for Food Safety (CFS), Pesticide Action Network North America (PANNA), and Alianza Nacional De Campesinas Inc. (Alianza) last week sued the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) over its re-approval of Enlist One and Enlist Duo, which the groups described as “herbicides sprayed ‘over the top’ of corn, soybeans, and cotton genetically engineered (GE) to resist the herbicides.”  As of right now, IFCA has not received word of when a court might hear this case.
