There are only two days left of session down at the Illinois State Capitol. As of today, there is still no budget agreement but much of the discussion under the dome is aimed at coming together by the end of Friday night.  Many of the bills that IFCA was concerned with at the beginning of session have either died in committee or have been amended to where they no longer affect our industry. 

 

IFCA will send our members a recap of this spring session at the capitol the first part of next week. As of right now, IFCA has held back any harmful legislation that might affect the fertilizer chemical industry.
