With the increased regulatory burden over the last several years, IFCA has felt that the creation of a regulatory group to network, share insight on regulatory experiences or voice concerns related to state or federal regulations that impact our ag industry would be advantageous for our EHS folks that work so diligently keeping up with the myriad of regulations.  We would also consider reaching out to our state and federal counterparts to secure speakers on topics of concern that affect our industry.  We are reaching out to anyone that covers the regulatory aspect of your business that would like to participate in this regulatory group.  We would like to meet at a minimum of three times a year, possibly quarterly with one of the meetings being held at the IFCA convention.  If you would like to participate, please contact John Rebholz john@ifca.com or Jason Solberg jason@ifca.com.
