There were a couple of announced mergers or acquisitions among CropLife 100 companies in 2022, making it a relatively quiet year in the ag retail industry. In January, The McGregor Company acquired two retailers in Central Oregon — Inland Chemical Service and Sherman County Farm Chemical. Then in May, CropLife 100 company Mid Kansas Cooperative (MKC) officially merged with Progressive Ag Cooperative.
