Last week, AASA staff hosted a webinar explaining the AASA inspection program and summarizing the requirements for facilities that receive, store, transfer and repack bulk agricultural pesticides. If you missed the webinar, you can still watch the recording here.  With support from the pesticide registrants and in cooperation with ag retailers, AASA inspectors conduct facility inspections each year. This webinar focuses on AASA’s inspection observations, explains the importance of containment, transfer areas and repackaging requirements, and provides resources for facility personnel to help assure on-going compliance, education and stewardship regarding the safe storage of bulk pesticides.
