Tuesday, August 16, 2011 is the compliance date by which all pesticide portable refillable containers must meet new USEPA regulations if you refill bulk pesticides into portable refillable containers (mini-bulk).  Last month IFCA published a brochure that explains this new regulation and provides guidance on how to comply with the requirements.  Any portable refillable container (PRC) filled on or after August 16, 2011 must comply with the new regulations if sent to customers.  Service containers are the exception and are exempt from the PCC regulations.  Please contact IFCA if you have any questions about the new regulation.
