IFCA members who handle bulk pesticides should have received a brochure from IFCA that explains in detail how to comply with the new pesticide minibulk rules.  These rules take effect August 16, 2011.  We have been getting questions about how to retest minibulks for continued service.  We have prepared a one page instruction sheet for pressure testing minibulks; this process is required every 2.5 years for tanks that continue in refillable service.  Go to http://www.ifca.com and look under the USEPA Minibulk Regulations Headline to view the re-testing instructions as well as various other supplemental documents that can help you comply with this regulation.  IFCA is also offering a minibulk recycling program; the registration forms were included in the minibulk brochure.  But if you have questions or need the registration forms, please contact Kevin Runkle.
