FMCSA Seasonal Ag CDL Reforms
FMCSA has published reforms to the Farm-Related Restricted Ag Commercial Driver's License (CDL) program. The changes allow states to issue farm-related or seasonal licenses to farm related industries for up to 210 days during a calendar year. This is up from 180 days. The second major reform is the change to a calendar year rotation for the program to prevent any overlaps from season to season from one year to the next.
