Federal Motor Carrier Administration (FMCSA) is requesting comments before June 30, 2011 on how to define implements of husbandry.  IFCA is submitting comments on behalf of our members urging FMCSA incorporate a definition for implements of husbandry and allowing them to be utilized within a 150 air mile radius of the field of application or ag retail facility.  Please take time to submit comments to FMCSA.  Attached is a memo to IFCA members, Federal Register requesting comments, IFCA comments and instructions for submitting comments.  Please contact Jean or Kevin at the IFCA office if you need assistance submitting comments.
