Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) is requesting comments before June 30, 2011 on how to define implements of husbandry.  IFCA is submitting comments on behalf of our members urging FMCSA incorporate a definition for implements of husbandry and allowing them to be utilized within a 150 air mile radius of the field of application or ag retail facility.  Please take time to view the attached documents and submit comments from your company as well.
