Updated Misuse Pesticide Numbers

The Illinois Department of Agriculture reports that since January 2022, there have been one hundred complaints filed with IDA for alleged pesticide misuse. Of those, eighty-two are ag related with four being specifically dicamba related. The total number of complaints are higher than last year; in 2021 at this time there were eighty-three complaints filed with sixty-five being ag related and five related to dicamba. In 2020 at this time there were sixty-nine complaints filed with fifty-seven being ag related and five related to dicamba.
