It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of Quentin Rund.  Quentin was a great friend to the IFCA staff and helped us graciously with various projects over the years.  His infectious smile was always a delight to see when he was lending a hand at our annual Convention in Peoria.

 

Quentin dedicated his career to the agribusiness industry and was the Founder and CEO of PAQ Interactive based out of Monticello, IL.  Quentin started PAQ due to his interest in technology and agriculture.  Some of his accomplishments within the organization was providing services to the following organizations:  BioSTL, The InfoAg Conference, Indiana CCA, International Conference on Precision Agriculture, and International Society for Precision Agriculture.

 

Quentin’s services are Wednesday, February 9^th at 3:30 pm (Rosary) and 4:00 – 7:00 pm (Visitation).  The funeral mass begins at 11:00 am on Thursday, February 10^th.  Both services will be at St. Mary Catholic Church in Pesotum, IL.  The address is:  1247 County Rd 200 North, Pesotum, IL 61863

 

We send our condolences to his wife Patty and their children. He will always be warmly remembered for his contributions to the ag industry and for his positive, cheerful attitude, his smile and his laughter.  We will miss him dearly.
