We are very sorry to learn of the passing of Verne Bader, who passed away on December 3rd  at the age of 65.  Verne was a pioneer in the fertilizer industry, he and his sister managed Bader Agriculture which was started by their father in 1954. He was admired as a businessman and cherished as a friend to many in the ag industry and in his community.  In 2014, The Fertilizer Institute presented Verne with our industries 4R Advocate award.

 

Verne's obituary, including visitation and services can be found here.  Verne and his wife Cathy are members of the Browning United Methodist Church and had a love of the outdoors as well as spending time with their kids and grandkids.
