The new regulations for pesticide minibulks takes effect in August 2011.  But you can come to the IFCA convention on January 20th to learn first-hand from the IL Dept of Ag what this program will require of retailers who refill minibulks or offer minibulks to farmers.  Start getting prepared for these new requirements by attending this session.  At this workshop on the 20th we'll also have a program on large fertilizer storage tanks, NPDES permits and the new driftwatch.org site.
