The annual Tier 2 chemical inventory reports are due to IEMA by March 1 each year, for your inventory the previous calendar year.  To see more about the IEMA reporting requirement, click here. 

 

Also, the Pesticide Producing Establishment reports are due to USEPA for the amount of pesticides that you repackaged and sold or distributed in 2020.  If you have questions, please contact IFCA.  Failure to submit the reports by the deadline can result in costly monetary penalties.
