Dicamba Update
The Illinois Dept of Ag has still not accepted the federal dicamba labels for the products to be used on soybean. Indiana, Minnesota and Michigan Depts of Ag also haven't accepted the labels yet. IDA is carefully weighing all options to ensure a successful use season and they have been in constant communication with IFCA and other ag groups as they perform their due diligence. If and when the labels are accepted in Illinois, IFCA and the registrants will be quick to let you know. In the meantime, you cannot sell, transfer, distribute or repackage any Xtendimax, Engenia or FeXapan that remains in inventory after July 31, 2020 when the labels were cancelled. Tavium's label was not cancelled by USEPA so it can continue to be distributed.
