This week NREC published its 2019 Annual Report.  The report provides a summary of the NREC projects and results from the research.  NREC is funded by a 75 cent per ton fee on bulk fertilizer sold to the end user, which is collected by the ag retailers and remitted to NREC for the program (thank you ag retailers and farmers for your support).  IFCA participates in several NREC projects, featured on pages 18 and 30.  Dan Schaefer and Jason Solberg on the IFCA staff also provide assistance at several NREC project sites to ensure implementation of fertility and cover crop treatments.
