This afternoon Gov. Pritzker appointed Jerry Costello II as the Director of the Illinois Department of Agriculture pending Senate approval.  Click here to read the press release. 
 
IFCA has a long and positive working relationship with Jerry over the years.  He has served in he served in the Illinois House, and also as the Chairman of the House Agriculture & Conservation Committee.  We look forward to working with Jerry in the coming years on all the issues that are facing Illinois agriculture.
