OSHA requires you to complete and post in your workplace OSHA form 300A (Summary of Work-Related Injuries & Illnesses) every year.  The notice must be displayed from February 1 to April 30 of each year in a conspicuous place where employee notices are generally posted.  Employers must post OSHA Form 300A even if they had no recordable injuries or illnesses.   Click here to access the 300A form along with the instructions.
