We are also happy to share with you that Parkland College in Champaign is going to offer a 2 year Associate Degree for Advanced Applicator Technicians, having achieved approval of the Community College Board to offer this degree.  Our industry has been instrumental in helping to support this effort, with equipment provided by Altorfer, AGI Junge and SSI Agvance, and with support from several ag retail companies in Illinois.  Jennifer Fridgen of Parkland hopes to have 12 students enrolled for the course this fall.  To see a brochure on the new Applicator Technician Degree at Parkland, click here.  Jennifer put in a LOT of hard work to make this happen so congratulations Jenny and thank you!
