This week the Illinois Senate passed legislation to set into motion a graduated income tax for Illinois.  The House of Representatives will now take up the bill.  Many ag groups including IL Farm Bureau are urging opposition to this legislation.  The fact sheet on the legislation and details on how to contact your state representative is here.  If you have questions about this or any other legislative issue please contact KJ Johnson.
