Wally Furrow of El Paso, IL passed away last Saturday at the age of 86.  Wally had a stellar career in Illinois agriculture and was active in many agricultural endeavors.  He was the owner of Sun Ag, Furrow Winery and also Furrow Trucking.  He served in the 1990's as the State Director of USDA Rural Development.  Wally was involved in both the IFCA and the Grain and Feed Association of Illinois.  He served not only the ag industry but also his country--he was a US Army Veteran, serving in the 82nd Airborne during the Korean War.
