Every March 1, you are required to submit your Tier 2 chemical inventory reports to the IL Emergency Management Agency, your local emergency planning committee and your local fire departments. Also, pesticide production establishment reports are due to USEPA for all pesticides that you repackaged and distributed for sale in 2017.   Please contact IFCA if you have any questions. Being a little late is sometimes forgiveable but failing to submit reports at all can result in hefty monetary penalties, especially since both of these reports are federal requirements.
