We were sorry to learn of the passing of Harry Peterson, who died on February 12 at the age of 82.  Harry was born in Viola, Illinois and spent his career in the fertilizer industry in Western Illinois as a self-employed professional.  Peterson-Weaver Associates was how so many in the industry knew Harry, and he served on the IFCA Board of Directors from 1978-1980.  He was always jovial, remembered everyone's name and was one of the leaders in the industry who prospered in the good years as well as the difficult years.  He experienced many changes in the industry in his career, but it was always about relationships with Harry.  He also served his country, spending two years in the US Marine Corps.
