IFCA Convention Features Regulatory Workshop, CCA Session, Weed Session, Training and Insurance Update
At the IFCA Convention on January 16, we are offering a regulatory workshop from 1:30-3:15 that features experts on several very important compliance topics:
The Illinois State Police will discuss compliance with fuel trailers and other highway transportation rules
IEMA will review the Tier 2 reporting requirements and changes in the reporting requirements
DHS will review the CFATS rules for ammonia facilities; several IFCA members have been upgraded to a higher security level when they renewed their CFATS this year, and the DHS experts in charge of this program will be there to explain what this means and provide compliance assistance regarding the CFATS program.
IDA will review the ammonia rules and fertilizer registration rules and Asmark will provide an update on the Ammonia Risk Management Program.
Be sure to register for the convention and take part in this timely regulatory workshop. We also have a CCA Session, Weed Management Session, Pesticide Applicator and Ammonia Training, Dicamba Training and a General Session with an update from Nationwide Insurance.
Tomorrow, January 5 is the last day to pre-register for the IFCA convention for the early price of $80. Registration at the door is $100. For the full convention program and to register, click here.
