This week, IFCA sent a survey to our ag retail members, asking for input on their experience with dicamba use on soybeans.  So far the response rate has been tremendous!  If you are an IFCA ag retail member and did not receive the email asking you to participate in the survey, please call our office at (309) 827-2774 and we will walk you through the process.  

 

The purpose of this survey is to determine the factors and conditions that led to success, as well as potential factors that resulted in challenges keeping these products on target.  The survey closes on August 11. Once we compile a report of the survey results, the IFCA Board will sit down with product manufacturers, university, government officials and other ag industry organizations to discuss productive ways to improve dicamba use on soybeans going forward.  

 

Practical and successful policies for the judicious and successful use of ag inputs is the mission of the IFCA.  With input from our members, we are dedicated to finding the best path forward to ensure a system that enables custom applicators to be successful for both your company and your farmer customers.  We appreciate the survey feedback and also the phone calls and emails we have received from our members on this issue.
