Helen Schaefer passed away last week at the age of 90.  She lived her life on the family farm and supported her family and local community in many ways.  Helen was the mother of Dan Schaefer, IFCA's Director of Nutrient Stewardship.  Visitation is tonight in Villa Grove with services tomorrow at St. Mary's Church in rural Pesotum.  Helen's obituary is located here.  We express our condolences to Dan, his family and siblings.
