Ammonia School Registration
IFCA, in partnership with the IL Dept of Ag, is offering eight ammonia safety classes throughout the state of Illinois beginning on February 21. Anyone who works with ammonia as part of their job duties must be certified as a competent attendant in Illinois and you can achieve this certification by attending one of these classes. The certification must be renewed every three years, so check your records and be sure not to miss the opportunity if your certificate is about to expire or if you have new employees at your facility. This training required for anyone who is working on ammonia equipment. Click here to be directed to the IFCA calendar where you can register on-line to attend the classes. Classes begin at 8:30 am with registration and finish at noon, with lunch provided.
