Tier 2 and Pesticide Producing Establishment Reports

Every March 1, you are required to submit your Tier 2 chemical inventory reports to the IL Emergency Management Agency, your local emergency planning committee and your local fire departments.  Be sure to give yourself plenty of time to access the IEMA website to complete this report before March 1.  Sometimes the site gets busy towards the end of February so the earlier you can get it completed, the better.  Also, pesticide production establishment reports are due to USEPA for all pesticides that you repackaged and distributed for sale in 2016.  Don't miss the March 1 compliance date or you could face substantial penalties.  Please contact IFCA if you have any questions.
