The IFCA Board of Directors and Staff thank you for demonstrating your commitment to our industry's 4R efforts. With your help, our industry will ensure leadership and common sense policy regarding nutrient use in Illinois.

The 4R Pledge is all about education, not about regulation. We are expected to reduce nitrogen losses by 15% and phosphorus losses by 25% by the year 2025 and with your help at the local level we are confident we can achieve these goals and ensure flexibility for the management decisions you make every day with your customers on the Right Source, Right Rate, Right Time and Right Place.
