This past spring, there were a lot of questions raised about roadside safety checks, nurse tanks crossing state lines, the CDL requirements for various agricultural equipment combinations as well as the new ammonia regulations.  To provide our members with direct access to the correct answers to these issues, IFCA is hosting a DOT workshop on August 31 at the Asmark Agricenter in Bloomington.  Officials from the Illinois State Police, FMCSA, IDOT, the IL Secretary of State and IDA will be on hand to provide answers to all of these questions and we will have various pieces of application equipment on site for hands-on presentations and the opportunity to get all your questions answered directly from the agency personnel.  We need 50 people to register for this event to make it successful.  Attached is the agenda for the program, click here.  Please call our office at (309) 827-2774 to register or email leslief@ifca.com.  The cost to attend is $35 which includes an outdoor cookout for lunch.  Don't miss this opportunity!
