USEPA regulations require that a current product label and net contents appear on each bulk pesticide tank that is storing product.  This is a fairly simple requirement but one that is often overlooked, especially the net contents requirement.  The penalty for non-compliance can be as high as $5,000 for each violation, and that will come to you from USEPA, where penalties are pretty much non-negotiable.  Please check your bulk pesticide tanks and ensure that you have a current label with net contents listed in appropriate area on the label.  If you have questions please contact IFCA.
