Don't delay getting your annual Tier 2 Chemical Inventory Reports and your Pesticide Producing Establishment reports filed.  For the Tier 2 report, it is especially important to not wait until the last minute.  Remember last year when the Illinois Tier 2 system kept crashing?  IFCA and the Chemical Industry Council of Illinois have been working closely with the IL Emergency Management Agency to ensure the system works better this year, and IEMA has invested substantial time and effort to ensure a smoother reporting experience.  However, it helps greatly when the system is not overloaded with last-minute attempts to file.  So the earlier you can get on the Tier 2 reporting system the better experience you will have.  Don't wait until the last week of February!  Both the Tier 2 reports and USEPA Pesticide Producing Establishment Reports are due on March 1 of each year.  If you have questions please contact IFCA.
