We know that many anhydrous ammonia retailers have more questions than we can answer about Process Safety Management rules for ammonia storage facilities.  Meetings with OSHA and USEPA continue, and hopefully soon we will have more information to share.  What is clear is that at this point, the rules are moving forward and compliance will eventually be expected at ammonia retail facilities nationwide.  IFCA will provide timely and practical information to our members on this issue, and when we know more, you will know more.  The OSHA offices in Illinois are also working with us to share information and we will continually engage with them on enforcement policies and future audit procedures regarding PSM compliance issues.
